Intending To Let Go

Happy Monday Y’all,

Well its been a joyful, but busy couple of weeks!

I have been enjoying the days in the sun with my children.

I am so thankful every moment!

Sense the very start of my spiritual journey I have been using

Intending. I learned it early on from Abraham-Hicks.

I love the powerful feeling I get knowing I can

intend it and let it go. Know that the intention made was all that

was needed to set the energy around what ever task. I have been

teaching intention to children and families with great results for years.

Recently after reading an article about Solar Water, learning

Ho’oponopono has become the next baby step in my journey.

I love how easy it is and all of the benefits of saying

“I Love You.”

Ho’oponopono is simply cleansing every moment with

love and forgiveness. Taking complete responsibility for

every second of your life and Cleanse it. Then let go.

Trusting that your highest good will come.

You don’t have to intend exactly what you want,

but trust that the divine knows exactly whats best for you.

At least that’s my view of what I have learned about Ho’oponopono.

While talking to my mom about not intending but letting

go and trusting, she said as long as I was not intending with

specific expectations she didn’t think it could hurt.

Here’s the example that she used…

I intend to make $600 dollars by Tuesday, next week @ 5pm…

That’s to specific!

I intend to have a safe happy healthy day…

That’s setting an intention for your highest good to manifest.

So I thought…. how about just saying

{sense intending has become second nature}

“I intend to trust in my highest good to present itself with joy!”

Cleansing with

“Thank you, I love you, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive me,

Thank you, I love you, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive me,”

Replaying it over and over!

I have also been saying the Ho’oponopono Cleansing phrase while

Tapping on the EFT meridian points!

It makes me feel warm, loved, and understood inside!

So, now that you know my thoughts on this,

I would love to hear your thoughts on intending or trusting {letting go}!

Whats best for you and can we do both? Is that possible?

~All in all, I think that invoking thought about either is good food 4 thought!

Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, and Grandpa

I need your love energy to be healthy, expand, and grow…

I am NOT ENOUGH to keep myself healthy…….to survive.

I need you to feed my energy with love, or I will starve…..

I need you to pay close attention to my gifts, so I will learn to appreciate my own beauty…..

I need you to kiss my boo boo’s and remember that the love energy you give to me,

feeds my soul…..

I need you to show me how to be understanding, so I will be understanding with others….

I need you to allow me to be who I am, so I wont judge others for who they are……

I need you to know that the energy you give me stays with me through every decision and choice I make,

to live a peaceful purposeful healthy life….

A blooming iris

Good morning from wet and cloudy Detroit MI!

I am happy for the rain! My garden is full of color and life!

Lush green foliage dresses each bloom with love and support!

The rain is wonderful!

As most of you know, I am writing a book about love! If you are so inclined, please share an inspirational story about love with me! Its a quick and easy way to raise your love vibe! Thanks to everyone else that has been sharing their thoughts and stories about love! You are the inspiration for the book and I am thankful to have learned and expanded from you!

Here are a few things I love about me!

I would love to hear about, what you love about YOU!

I love that I inspire parents, to empower kids with love and understanding! I teach easy to do, and fun to learn Light and Love Parenting Techniques! That is my purpose, and one of my many passions! I also love to take pictures. Texture, color, and emotion make the perfect picture. I love interviewing parents around the world about, what is important to them, and ultimately helping them understand their kids energetic needs. I love teaching Emotional Freedom Techniques to children. I really love the expression on their face when they really get it. When they really feel the energy move from block to flow! What a rush! I love that I have complete faith in the future, and the task ahead for humanity. I really love, that I get it! The children born today are born with the knowing that the time is now for change, and they are up to the task. They are ready for conservation, technology, and peace. They are ready for unity and tolerance! I love that I am a poet and author of love and unity!

Out of all that I love about me, I love that I am Anjelica, Quiara, Enzio, London, and Isabella’s mom! I love that I am Scott Blakely’s wife and Gay Hergert’s daughter. I love that Tina {my sister} and Sonya are my best friends and soul buddies!

My intentions are for you to think, feel, and enjoy the love that is gifted to you everyday! It is one of life’s finer things, and we are all worthy of it!

The Law of Unconditional Love~ The gift of unconditional love will eventually result in spiritual peace and comfort from with in. Unconditional love is not romantic love. It is the acceptance of others as they are without judging or labeling them. It is complete acceptance of others without attempting to change them, except by our own shining example. The law of unconditional love says, “If you go out of your way to give unconditional love, you will rise above fear, and as you transcend your fears, you automatically open yourself up to the expression of unconditional love.”

Love At A Cellular Level

Can you believe its already June!? 2009 is half way over!

So, how was the first part of this year for you? Have you expanded into the beauty that is you?

I am filled gratitude for the growth that I have experienced thus far.

I intend for the next 6 months to be amazing!

I intend to finish my book {Whats Love Got To Do With It?}, and be proud of every page!

I intend to expand further that I ever thought possible!

I intend to make a loving difference in humanity!

I intend love and peace for you!

I would love to hear your intentions for the rest of the year!

I’ll intend them with you!

The research for the book, is expansion all in its own!

Its like going on a treasure hunt. Looking and finding books {about love} that were wrote

at the beginning of print. Studying how early humans shared love and healed their family with love.

My angels and guides have been growing with me! Together we search for LOVE gurus from the past,

to gain knowledge of the future! Its good to have them along for this loving ride. Its good company to keep!

Boost Healing Power

A friend ask me if I had any tips on taking Emotional Freedom Techniques {EFT} to a higher level and, I thought others might be asking the same questions. I put together all the quick little things that I do to boost healing power when I do EFT.

Enjoy EFT daily to heal any emotional or physical pain!

Energy – The fundamental unit of everything in the universe. In metaphysics, these are called superstrings. Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at various frequencies.

There are a few things that I find rockets EFT to a higher level.

Forgiveness, breathing deep long breaths and water, intention, and light and love.

When you are doing the first Claiming the Problem statements add forgive myself.

Like this “Even though I am going through this very painful traumatic thing I deeply love, forgive, and accept myself.”

Forgiveness sends a signal loud and clear I AM LETTING GO!

By taking deep long freeing breaths and drinking fresh tap water you are administrating a double dose of oxygen. Water out of the tap is packed full of good healing oxygen and all kinds of healthy minerals. I drink tap water before, during, and after I do EFT. Its like a super boost to the energy system.

Make a passionate out load intention!

Intention – Holding something in mind and devoting to it. Under suitable karmic conditions, it tends to manifest.

“I intend to feel better about this today!”

“I intend to completely let it go and feel good about this!”

Lastly, send light and love to your issue!

If you need to forgive someone for something send them light and love from your heart.

Simply focus on your heart center in a quiet place and, picture the person or problem in

your mind and say

“I am sending light and love from my heart to ———————–.”

Sending light and love is an energy exchange that allows you to release negative bad energies.

If it doesn’t feel good then it deserves only the attention it takes to heal.

Mommy, I am looking for the real me.

Do you know where I can find ME?

Love, YOU are always with you, and if you are in search of YOU, you have to look Inside of you for YOU! There is an eternal brilliant YOU waiting to be discovered by you!

Self-realization is the ultimate goal of life. An awareness of the spiritual part of you. Happiness, love, peace, joy, and acceptance of ones self, comes from spiritual awareness.

Your remarkable soul.

This self realization is were each of our life’s purpose {Dharma} lies.

Its where expansion is infinite and manifestation is possible.

Take time everyday to nurture your spiritual health, so you are able to nuture your childrens spiritual health. Release blame, guilt, anger, and hate now! Its ok to let it go. Heal your heart and happiness will ensue.

Its your choice!

You can choose love!

Say to yourself “I love you, I forgive you, I’m sorry, I love you, I forgive you, I’m sorry.” Feel the shift in energy? Make an intention now to release all negative black energies and replace them with light and love.

Any action that is a contribution from the heart and your higher self will ultimately lead to peace, joy, balanc and harmony.
