The day I realized EFT {Emotional Freedom Technique} was a powerful tool, that I could use to relieve pain and anxiety, I was at the hospital about to have my fifth baby, Isabella. I got their at around two in the afternoon and I was really uncomfortable. I hadn’t started contractions yet, but I felt very tired. After the ultrasound the doctor came in the room and said she was planning to induce labor at four am. She told me to get some rest and eat. Inducing labor was not what I wanted to hear! Being my fifth birth, I knew that inducing was extremely traumatic for mom and baby. I had read a lot about EFT and its benefits, but I never gave it a try. So, I decided that this would be as good a time as any to see if it worked. I did two rounds of EFT on dilating and contracting my body, meditated and went to sleep. About twenty minuets later I woke up with my first contraction! I had Isabella at 3:57! Three minuets before my scheduled inducing!
From that point forward I was hooked! I starting tapping for everything. Headaches, stress, pain, everything!
When I came to the realization that my children could use EFT to relieve anxiety and stress, I began to teach it to every kid I knew! I started to experiment with different EFT techniques to empower children and parents to tap away their issues.
Then I started working with anger and abandonment issues for children. I have to tell you that there is nothing on the planet that is more effective then EFT for these issues! I have seen children go from, so angry they cant breath, to making the choice to walk away instead of getting mad and fighting. I have seen children with deep parental abandonment issues heal themselves completely and find worth and appreciation for who they are.
Emotional Freedom Technique has become a way of life for my family and I want to share it with you!
